COVINGTON, Judge: The appellant neither filed a brief nor appeared when the case was called for argument; therefore, under Rule VII, Section 5(B) the appeal is considered abandoned. Further, appellee who filed an answer to the appeal abandoned said answer in open court. Therefore, the case is dismissed at appellant’s costs. Dismissed.
