CHASEZ, Judge. This suit is a companion suit to Bertram C. Carbo, D. D. S. v. Maison Jolie, Inc., and United Bonding Ins., Co., La.App., 155 So.2d 238 , and for the reasons set forth in that matter the judgment appealed from in this case is affirmed. Affirmed.
