ON APPLICATION FOR REHEARING PER CURIAM. Although Burk Development Co., Inc. v. Guillory, 335 So.2d 512 (La.App. 1st Cir.1976), supports plaintiffs’ position, we disagree with Burk. APPLICATION DENIED. BOUT ALL, Judge, concurs in the denial of the application for rehearing. I would distinguish Burk on its facts.
