On Rehearing PER CURIAM. We have noted an error in our original opinion in our stating that Wilmer Douglas Eskine has settled his case with appellee. The record does not disclose a settlement but only that Eskine did dismiss his appeal so that he is no longer a party to these proceedings. The application for rehearing is denied.
