BOLIN, Judge. For the reasons assigned in consolidated case of Robert L. Phillips, Sr. and Mrs. Dewanna Ann Whittington Phillips v. Jerry Garden and Stonewall Insurance Company, La.App., 211 So.2d 735 , the judgment appealed from is affirmed at appellants’ cost.
