HALL, Judge. This is a companion case to Long Leaf Lumber, Inc. v. Summer Grove Developers, Inc., 270 So.2d 588 , decided this day. It is one of three foreclosure suits instituted by Long Leaf Lumber against Summer Grove Developers, in which Shreveport Wholesale Credit Men’s Association, as as-signee of Arkansas Louisiana Gas Company, intervened. For the reasons assigned in the companion case, the judgment of the district court is affirmed. Affirmed.
