Opinion text
The opinion of the court was delivered by Miller, J. The surety on an appearance bond is the appellant from -a judgment forfeiting his bond. He has filed no brief nor assignment of errors. From our examination of the record it seems the appeal is from the judgment forfeiting a bond of one hundred dollars. We can find no basis on which we ■can disturb the judgment. It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that the judgment of the lower court be affirmed with costs.
