LOTTINGER, Judge. This suit was consolidated for purposes of issuance of a preliminary injunction and trial on the merits for a permanent suit entitled, “Donald Rickey Norton and Sharon C. Norton v. Barney Dean Lay, Jr., et al.” number 12050, on the docket of this Court, 360 So.2d 239 . For the reasons given in the opinion this day rendered in suit number 12050, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed at appellants’ costs. AFFIRMED.
