BOLIN, Judge. For the reasons assigned in the companion suit of Huey Ramsey, et al. v. Continental Insurance Company, (La.App.2d Cir. 1973) 286 So.2d 375 , the judgment of the lower court is affirmed. Continental Insurance Company is assessed with all costs, including the expert witness fee of $50.00.
