CULPEPPER, Judge. This is a companion case to Kennedy v. Chappuis, La.App., 125 So.2d 247 . For reasons set forth therein, the judgment appealed from in this case is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed against the plaintiff. Affirmed.
