PRICE, Judge. This is a companion suit to Suit No. 12,359, Mrs. Katie E. Folden Alford v. North-Central Area Vocational Technical School, in which a decision was rendered on this date. As the facts and issues are identical, for the reasons assigned in our opinion reported at 298 So.2d 889 , we affirm the judgment of the trial court sustaining the exception of no right of action and dismissing plaintiff’s demands. All costs of this appeal are to be paid by appellant.
