SAVOY, Judge. In this case, defendant .was sued as the workmen’s compensation and liability insurance carrier of Schlumberger Well Surveying Corporation; plaintiff seeking damages in tort, or alternatively, in workmen’s compensation. The instant suit is a companion case to John Allen Guillory v. Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company, 168 So.2d 360 , decided by this Court this date. For the reasons therein assigned, the judgment of the lower court is affirmed. Affirmed.
