SAVOY, Judge. In this case, plaintiff sued Schlumberger Well Surveying Corporation, seeking damages in tort, or alternatively, workmen’s compensation benefits. The instant suit is a companion case to John Allen Guillory v. Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company, et al., 168 So.2d 360 , decided by this Court this date. For the reasons therein assigned, the judgment of the lower court is affirmed. Affirmed.
