GARRISON, Judge. For the reasons assigned in No. 12593, Henry Landry, Sr. v. Aetna Insurance Company, et al., 422 So.2d 1287 (La.App.) the judgment of the district court is amended and affirmed. AMENDED AND AFFIRMED. SAMUEL, J., was of the opinion that rehearing should be granted.
