HALL, Judge. For the reasons assigned in the opinion rendered this same date in Sims v. Tolar et al., La.App., 322 So.2d 318 , the judgment of the district court rejecting plaintiff’s demands is affirmed at plaintiff-appellapt’s costs. Affirmed.
