PONDER, Judge. This appeal was docketed and scheduled for submission on October 29, 1979. All attorneys were notified. On that date appellant had not filed a brief or moved for a continuance; he was not present or represented. Under Rule VII, Section 5(b) of The Uniform Rules, Courts of Appeal, this court ex proprio motu considers this appeal abandoned and therefore orders it dismissed with prejudice. APPEAL DISMISSED.
