FRUGÉ, Judge. The facts and issues of this appeal have been discussed in the companion case of Bennett et ux. v. Traders & General Insurance Company et al., 170 So.2d 392 . For the reasons there set forth the judgment of the district court is affirmed. Cost of this appeal shall be borne by plaintiff. Affirmed.
