CHIASSON, Judge. For the reasons set forth in our opinion in “P.H.A.C. Services, Inc. v. Seaways International, Inc., Pennzoil Company and Pennzoil Producing Company," No. 13,245, 393 So.2d 115 , the motion to dismiss appellee’s answer to the appeal is denied at appellants’ costs. DENIED.
