PONDER, Judge. For the reasons assigned in No. 13,285, Nathan P. Boudreaux v. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, 385 So.2d 480 , there is judgment herein reversing the judgment herein and dismissing plaintiff’s suit at his costs. REVERSED AND RENDERED.
