COVINGTON, Judge. For the reasons assigned in the companion case, No. 13,709, Darryl J. Tschirn, et ux v. Katherine Hadley Morse, et al. and City of Covington, 394 So.2d 286 , the judgment is affirmed. Costs are equally divided between Tschirn and the Morse group. AFFIRMED.
