LOTTINGER, Judge. This appeal from the trial court’s refusal to grant a permanent injunction was consolidated by this Court with the appeal from the trial court’s refusal to grant a preliminary injunction. We dealt with all the issues involved in No. 13284 on the docket of this Court, 392 So.2d 477 . Therefore, for the reasons announced in Case No. 13284, the decision of the trial court refusing to permanently enjoin arbitration proceedings is affirmed. AFFIRMED.
