Ludeling, C. J. This Court will take notice, of its own accord, that the judgment appealed from is not signed. The appeal is premature. C. P. Art. 546; 4 R. 47 ; 7 R. 451 ; 9 An. 42. It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that the appeal he dismissed, and that the appellant pay the costs of the appeal.
