FRUGÉ, Judge. This is a companion suit to that of Hollins et al. v. Jefferson Oil Company, Inc. et al., La.App., 124 So.2d 629 . They were consolidated for trial and on appeal were considered together. The facts and issues are the same. For the reasons there assigned, the judgment of the trial court *634 should be affirmed and it is hereby affirmed. Costs of this appeal to be paid by defendant-appellants. Affirmed.
