PROVO STY, J. The court postponed action on this case to await the filing of a brief in support of the appeal, but none having been filed, and the court being now informed that none will be filed, and the judgment being founded upon authentic acts whose genuineness is not contested, the judgment is affirmed. Judgment affirmed.
