Motion to Dismiss Appeal. PROVOSTY, J. The defendant has appealed from an order refusing him bail up *97 on an indictment for murder. In criminal cases appeal lies only from judgment finally disposing of the case. State v. Hart, 48 La. Ann. 1008 , 20 South. 186 . Appeal dismissed.
