Opinion text

We did not intend to require the plaintiff to pay any of the costs and we did intend to allow interest, accordingly our decree is amended to read as follows: It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed that the judgment appealed from be reduced to $28.25 with legal interest from judicial demand and, as thus amended, it be affirmed, defendant to pay all costs. The rehearing applied for is refused. Rehearing refused.
