This suit arises out of the same accident which we discussed in the matter of Giorlando v. Maitrejean and Liberty Mutual Insurance Corporation, 22 So.2d 564 . Our reasons for affirming the judgment dismissing this suit are given in that other case, 22 So.2d 564 . It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that the judgment appealed from be, and it is, affirmed at the cost of appellant. Affirmed. WESTERFIELD, J., absent, takes no part.
