FRUGÉ, Judge. For the reasons expressed in the opinion rendered in a companion case, Bradford v. Griffin, 193 So.2d 862 , the judgment of the district court against the defendant, Antoinette B. Griffin, is reversed and the case is remanded for further proceedings below *865 not inconsistent with the views expressed in that opinion, the costs of this appeal to be born by the appellant. Reversed and remanded.
