In re State Farm Mutual Automobile Ins. Co. et al.; — Plaintiff; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review, Parish of Orleans, Civil District Court, Div. L, Nos. 95-18911; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 99-CA-0171. Granted in part. On remand to the trial court, plaintiffs will be allowed to re-depose Mr. Stephen Dubov.
