BREAUX, C. J. The hill of information contained the charge brought against the defendant here which was brought against the defendant in State v. Sam George (No. 20,283) 63 South. 866 , ante, p. 177. ■ For reasons assigned in the last case above cited, the sentence and judgment here are affirmed.
