In re Hargis, William et al.; — Plaintiff; Applying for Writ of Certiorari and/or Review, Parish of Orleans, Civil District Court Div. G, Nos. 93-15687; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 99 CA 0971. Granted. Judgments of the courts blow dismissing plaintiffs’ suit on ground of abandonment are reversed. Case remanded to the district court for further proceedings. VICTORY, J., not on panel; TRAYLOR, J., would deny the writ.
