L, No. 12-97-231; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. 99 KA 1840. Granted for briefing and argument on the retroactivity and scope of R.S. 15:301.1, including the limits it purports to place on State v. Jackson, 452 So.2d 682 (La.1984). In all other respects, the application is denied.
