In re Young, Lamone;—Plaintiff; Applying for Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Jefferson, 24th Judicial District Court Div. L, No. 84-69; to the Court of Appeal, Fifth Circuit, No. 00-KH-321. Writ granted in part; otherwise denied; case remanded. The district court is ordered to direct the court reporter to provide relator with a cost estimate for the transcript of his guilty plea colloquy of May 1, 1984. In all other respects, the application is denied.
