B, No. 349-817; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 2000-K-1627. Writ denied. JOHNSON, J., would grant the writ application, being of the opinion that this life sentence is constitutionally excessive and grossly out of proportion to the severity of the crime.
