In re Atwell, Rennie; Plaintiff; Applying for Motion to Enforce this Court’s Order dated May 11, 2001; Parish of Orleans, Div. “A”, No. 248-717. Motion to Enforce granted. The district court is ordered to comply with this Court’s earlier order, see State ex rel. Rennie Atwell v. State, 00-3233 (La.05/11/01), 792 So.2d 5 , within thirty days, if it has not done so already. The district court is further ordered to provide this Court with proof of compliance.
