In re State of Louisiana; — Plaintiff; Applying for Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Pointe Coupee, 18th Judicial District Court Div. A, No. 65,365-F; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. 00 KW 2585. Granted. The judgment of the court of appeal is vacated and the judgment of the trial court is reinstated. The trial court did not abuse its discretion to allow the amendment to the indictment. KIMBALL, J., recused.
