| MURRAY, J., concurring. This is an action for breach of contract and for tortuous interference of contract. In granting Mr. Ketnor’s motion for involuntary dismissal as to all Daybrook Fisheries’ damage claims, the trial court reasoned that even assuming Daybrook could establish either of its causes of action, it could not establish with sufficient certainty any compensable loss. I agree. For that reason, I concur.
