N, Nos. 475,492; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. 2001 CW 0887. Granted. The ruling of the trial court denying relators’ exception of prescription is vacated and set aside, and the case is remanded to the trial court with instructions to refer the exception to the merits.
