In re Bennett, Gregory;—Plaintiff; Applying for Reconsideration of this Court’s action dated September 21, 2001, Parish of East Baton Rouge, 19th Judicial District Court Div. D, No. 398,965; to the Court of Appeal First Circuit, No. 99 CA 1858. Reconsideration granted; relief denied. Though relator correctly points out that La.C.Cr.P.art. 930.8 and State ex rel Glover v. State, 93-2330 (La.9/5/95), 660 So.2d 1189 , do not apply to his claims, the claims fail on the merits.
