D, No. 345943; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. 2001 KW 2801. Writ granted. Trial judge abused his discretion in denying relator’s motion for a continuance. Accordingly, the matter is remanded to the trial court and the court is ordered to reset the trial date within a reasonable time period.
