In re Wooton, Ernest Sheriff; — Defendant; Applying for Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Plaquemines, 25th Judicial District Court Div. B, No. 29-934. Writ granted. The trial court is ordered, pursuant to La. R.S. 13:4163, to grant defendant’s motion to continue the trial scheduled for April 10, 2002, and to set a new trial date in conformity therewith.
