In re Folger Coffee Company;—Plaintiff; Applying for Writ of Certiorari and/or Review, Parish of Orleans, Civil District Court Div. A, Nos. 95-15166, 96-18775; to *828 the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No(s). 2002-CA-0920, 2002-CA-0921. Writ denied. Plaintiffs’ judgment against defendant Folger, which gave rise to the appeal and the court of appeal judgment concerning which relator seeks writs, has been nullified. Accordingly, the application is moot.
