ON REHEARING GRANTED LOMBARD, J. The rehearing is granted for the purpose of deleting the following sentence which appears on page 6 of the opinion: “If the rehabilitation helps him manage his pain and lose weight so that he can have the knee surgery, perhaps in the future he will be able to work.. ”
