h MURRAY, J., concurring with reasons. Although I agree with the result, I write separately to clarify that we do not decide the issue of whether La. R.S. 40:1299.44(D)(3) authorizes the PCF to adopt the Louisiana Department of Labor Reimbursement Schedule as a maximum allowable reimbursement to healthcare providers for medical services provided to claimants. That issue is not before us on this appeal.
