ORDER Petitioner, Chalyn David Perez, seeks review of the decision of the Committee on Bar Admissions refusing to certify him for admission in light of a pending felony charge. Because the criminal charge has not yet been resolved, we decline at this time to consider petitioner’s application for admission to the bar.
