L, No. 2003-4844; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 2005-C-0285. Granted. The judgment of the court of appeal is reversed and the judgment of the trial court is reinstated. See La.Code Civ. P. art. 1734.1. JOHNSON, J., would deny the writ.
