I,CALOGERO, Chief Justice, Concurring. On the showing made and considering the fact that the applicant has not shown any forthcoming hearings that compel the advance of costs at this time, I concur in the majority’s denial of the writ and the stay and would allow the district court to oversee the execution of its plan to provide funding for this capital defendant.
