In re Disciplinary Counsel; — Plaintiff; Applying for Rehearing of this Court’s order dated August 25, 2006, Appeal of Decision of the Disciplinary Board No. 0019153. Rehearing granted. The court’s order of August 25, 2006 is recalled and set aside. Treating complainant’s April 20, 2005 letter to this Court as a petition for leave to appeal pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XIX, section 30(C), leave to appeal is denied.
