In re Ford, Robert et al.; Ford, Shirley; — Plaintiff(s); Applying for Superviso *526 ry and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of La-fourche, 17th Judicial District Court Div. B, No. 86420; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. 2003-CA-1501. Granted. The judgment of the court of appeal dismissing relator’s appeal as abandoned is reversed. Relators’ appeal is reinstated. See U.S. Fire & Insurance Co. v. Swann, 424 So.2d 240 (La.1982). TRAYLOR, J., would deny.
