ORDER Considering the Joint Petition for Consent Discipline filed by respondent and the Office of Disciplinary Counsel, IT IS ORDERED that the Joint Petition for Consent Discipline be and hereby is rejected pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 20.
